HVAC Technician
Install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems. EPA certification preferred. Experience with Florida heat pump systems a plus.
Plumber
Handle residential plumbing repairs, installations, and inspections. Journeyman license required. Knowledge of Florida building codes preferred.
Electrician
Perform electrical installations, troubleshooting, and safety inspections. Licensed electrician preferred. Must be comfortable working in residential settings.
Landscaping Crew Lead
Lead a landscaping crew for residential properties. Experience with Florida-native plants and irrigation systems. Valid driver's license required.
Pool Technician
Maintain and service residential pools and equipment. CPO certification a plus. Must understand water chemistry and pool equipment repair.
